If the rules are not followed, there would be controversy.
Although not easy at times; communication is key.
One must always remember the large amount of responsibility.
When all the components are into place, we will be happy and thrive in creativity.
I like the rhymes ending with y:harmony, controversy key! It is short but nicely done. I really got some sense of what management is about with rhymes. Cool!
